Renewal

The panel creates eligible renewal invoices before the due date. A confirmed gateway payment or approved wallet payment marks the invoice paid and can automatically restore an expired service when the infrastructure still exists.

Suspension

An overdue service can be suspended by the scheduled billing process. Powering off a VPS does not pause its billing period because resources remain allocated.

Ended service

This billing panel never sends a VM deletion or termination request. If staff manually removes a VM at the infrastructure provider, an administrator can mark the billing service ended. Ended services cannot be renewed and the customer should not pay a new renewal invoice for them.
