Can I select an operating system?
Yes. Each VPS plan lists the operating systems and application options available for that service during configuration.
When will my server be available?
After payment is confirmed, eligible orders enter activation. You can follow the service status in your console. Some orders may require a staff review.
How do I manage invoices and renewals?
Your account brings together invoices, payment history and renewal dates. Available account credit can be used for eligible invoices.
Are backups included?
Backup availability depends on your plan. Keep independent copies of important data and check the service details before making changes.
